National Testing Agency(NTA) of India is going to release the official notification regarding the online INFORMATION OF ALLOTMENT FOR THE CENTER CITY for NEET Exam 2021. The National Testing Agency of India conducts the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (UG), also known as NEET exam, every year. This year also NTA is going to conduct NEET 2021 for all eligible candidates of India. National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) is the entrance test for admission to various undergraduate medical courses in all medical institutions in India. In this article, we have provided all the necessary information to complete the getting Center City for NEET 2021.

Name of Exam: National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET), 2021

Name of Organisation: National Testing Agency of India

Name of Courses: The candidates will be eligible to take admission in the following courses by appearing in this examination.

  • Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine & Surgery (BAMS )
  • Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS)
  • Bachelor of Homeopathic Medicine & Surgery (BHMS)
  • Bachelor of Siddha Medicine & Surgery (BSMS)
  • Bachelor of Unani Medicine & Surgery (BUMS)
  • Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS)

Date of Exam: 12th September 2021 (Sunday)

Duration of Exam: 180 minutes

Timing of Exam: 2 PM to 5 PM

Mode of Exam: Offline

Required Qualification to Appear NEET Exam

Educational Qualification: Candidates who have appeared or are appearing at the 10+2 Examination with English, Physics, Chemistry and Biology as the main subject and expect to pass the Examination with the required percentage of marks are also eligible to apply and appear in the Competitive Entrance Examination.

Nationality: Citizens belonging to the following nationalities are eligible to apply for NEET (UG).

  • Indian Nationals
  • Non-Resident Indians (NRIs)
  • Overseas Citizen of India (OCI)
  • Persons with Indian Origin (PIO)
  • Foreign Nationals

Age Limit: Candidates age should be between 17 years to 25 years as on 31st December 2004.

Age Relaxation: Upper age relaxation of 5 years will be provided to the candidates belonging to SC/ST/ OBC-NCL and PwBD category.

Important Notes:-

  1. Each question carries 4 (four) marks.
  2. For each correct answer/ best option, candidate will get 4 (four) marks.
  3. For each incorrect answer, 1 (one) mark will be deducted from the total score.
  4. To answer a question, the candidate has to find, for each question, the correct answer/ best option.
  5. However, after the process of challenge of key, if more than one option is found to be correct then all/ any one of the multiple correct/ best options marked will be given four marks (+4). Any incorrect option marked will be given minus one mark (-1). Unanswered/ Unattended questions will be given no marks. In case, a question is dropped/ ignored, all candidates will be given four marks(+4) irrespective of the fact whether the question has been attempted or not attempted by the candidate.
